There isn't really much to write about this quick trip: we drove down to La Jolla, Ca to visit Sunny Jim's Sea Cave. The entrance to the cave is located inside a small trinket gift shop, which I unfortunately didn't photograph. After paying the entrance fee, you quite literally walk into a mine shaft looking cave and down a large set of stairs, lit with a few lanterns here and there. The cave and stairs were carved directly out of the large rock that the shop sits on, and opens up on the bottom to view the ocean. The day was overcast, and the cave was swelling with visiting families. Quite a beauty.
